What does a real estate video or photo package cost?
Our packages start at €235 for a short assignment (e.g., exterior shots of a single-family house). Combo packages (Drone + Interior Video) usually range between €850 and €1,500, depending on object size and complexity. We offer attractive framework agreements for developers with multiple objects.

Is it allowed to fly in densely built-up residential areas?
Yes, subject to strict conditions. We fly with certified drones in the "Open" category, which are also approved in residential areas. We strictly ensure that no uninvolved persons are endangered and that neighbors' privacy is respected.

How quickly do we receive the photos/videos for the exposé?
Speed is our focus. You receive photos as standard within 24–48 hours. Videos usually take 2-3 weeks for editing. Express delivery (overnight) is available for an extra charge.

Do we have to be present at the appointment?
Not necessarily. If we have access to the object (key box or tenant on-site), we can work independently. A briefing in advance (which highlights are important?) is sufficient.

What happens if the weather is bad?
Properties only look attractive in sunshine or friendly light. If the weather forecast predicts rain or dull grey skies, we reschedule the appointment free of charge. We want your object to look good.

Do we get the usage rights for property portals?
Of course. You receive the unrestricted right of use for all common real estate platforms (ImmoScout, Willhaben), your website, social media, and print exposés. No hidden license costs.

How are travel costs calculated?
Within Vienna, no travel costs apply. Outside Vienna: €0.30/km (round trip) + €70 travel allowance per deployment day.
