How much does an event video cost?
An aftermovie package (half-day coverage up to 4h) usually starts at approx. €1,200 incl. editing. Full-day coverage (up to 8h) ranges between €1,500 and €2,500 depending on editing effort. For pure "snack content" assignments, we are happy to create an individual offer.

Can you fly over the guests?
Generally, flying over crowds is strictly regulated and usually prohibited outdoors. However: In closed rooms or with special permits from Austro Control, this is possible under strict safety conditions. We check the legal feasibility for your event and always find a way for spectacular images, whether through special permits or safe flight angles.

How fast do we get the video?
Speed is our focus. You receive photos as standard within 24–48 hours. Videos usually require 2-3 weeks for editing. Express delivery (Overnight) is available for an additional charge.

What do you need from us on-site?
A short schedule (what happens when?) and a contact person for spontaneous coordination. If we are to record audio from the mixing console, we need contact with your sound engineer in advance. We handle the rest independently.

Do you also record audio?
Yes. For the aftermovie, we capture atmosphere (applause, laughter). For interviews or speech recordings, we use lavalier microphones so the sound is crystal clear.

What music is used?
We strictly use licensed music from professional libraries. This means for you: No copyright strikes and no blocking on YouTube or Instagram. The license is included in the price.

How are travel costs calculated?
There are no travel costs within Vienna. Outside Vienna: €0.30/km (round trip) + €70 travel allowance per day of operation (for multi-day assignments per day).
