Here we clarify all details regarding booking, weather risks, and scope of delivery.

Do I need to worry about permits / flight zones?
No!
Checking the location and obtaining necessary airspace permits is part of our planning. If flights are not possible at a location or only feasible with special exemptions, this will be communicated transparently in advance.

What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
If flight-relevant weather (e.g., strong wind/rain) is forecast, an alternate date will be arranged to ensure quality. For tight deadlines, a ground-based setup can be discussed as Plan B.

Why are there no "fixed prices" for every project?
Every project differs in terms of location/airspace, scope, and desired post-production, so the displayed prices serve as a guide. A concrete final price is determined after a brief coordination regarding goals, effort, and deliverables.

What is basically included in the recording packages?
The packages are calculated as time on-site and include recording in 4K as well as usage rights for the footage (details depend on the assignment). Post-production is not automatically included but is booked as an add-on as needed.

How fast do I get the results?
Raw material or pure photos can often be provided via download link within 24–48 hours. For edited video productions, it takes longer; a guideline for the first version is often around 2 weeks after the last shooting day (depending on scope).

Which usage rights are included?
For your own website, social media, presentations, or print, extensive usage rights are typically standard, with no ongoing hidden costs. For large campaigns (e.g., TV/Cinema/nationwide billboards), an extended license may be necessary.

Do I get the raw data (RAW/D-Log/S-Log)?
For "Recording-only" packages, raw data can be provided upon request. For full-service productions, the finished end product (Master) is standard; raw data can be agreed upon separately if required.

How are travel costs calculated?
No travel costs within Vienna.
Outside Vienna: €0.30/km (round trip) + €70 travel allowance per day of operation (for multi-day assignments per day).
