What does a video production with a drone cost in Austria?
Costs consist of two components: on-site recording time (from €245 for short missions) and post-production (editing, color grading, music). A simple social media clip starts at approx. €500, while a cinematic image film with drone and ground shots usually ranges between €1,500 and €3,500. We are happy to create a transparent offer based on our "Time + Finish" model.

Are you allowed to fly the drone over our company premises?
In most cases: Yes. Since company premises are private property, we primarily need your consent as the owner. If your location is in a no-fly zone (e.g., near Vienna-Schwechat Airport), as a registered operator with Austro Control, we take care of the necessary clearances. We check feasibility for free in advance.

How long does the production of an image film take?
That depends on the desired result. Raw material (for agencies) can often be provided within 24 hours via download link. For fully produced image videos (incl. editing, music, grading), the guideline for the first draft is usually approx. 2 weeks after the last shooting day. We also offer express options for urgent deadlines.

Do you also produce content for social media (Instagram/TikTok)?
Absolutely.
We think "Mobile First". Upon request, we shoot directly in portrait format (9:16) or deliver short, dynamic cuts (Snack Content) from the image film material for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads. This way you use one shooting day for multiple channels.

Do we also get the raw material (Raw Footage)?
Yes, this is one of our major advantages. If you have your own marketing department or agency, you can also book us for "Recording Only". You then receive the uncut, technically clean raw material (4K, Log profile) for your own processing. For full-service productions, you receive the finished video.

Which usage rights are included?
There are no hidden licensing fees with us. You receive the temporally and spatially unlimited right of use for web, social media, and trade fairs included. An extended license may be necessary for large campaigns (e.g., TV/Cinema/nationwide billboards).

How are travel costs calculated?
Within Vienna, no travel costs apply. Outside Vienna: €0.30/km (round trip) + €70 travel allowance per deployment day.
